Welcome Christophe Dumarest

Christophe Dumarest, a passionate mountaineer and mountain guide from Annecy, is now officially part of the NEO athlete team.
Since his first flight in 2017, he has been exploring a new dimension of the mountains by combining major ascents, alpine traverses, and paragliding.
Christophe embodies a modern vision of alpinism—one driven by lightness and mobility. Trained early in high-altitude mountaineering and a former member of the French national alpinism teams, he opened demanding routes in the Mont Blanc massif before embarking on expeditions to some of the world’s most iconic walls: Alaska, Nepal, China, Patagonia, Tibet… Today, he seeks out long, poetic traverses rooted in a deep respect for the terrain and a quest for meaning.
Through his adventures, films, and lectures, Christophe shares a refined and sensitive approach to the mountains—one that is both ambitious and free. In collaboration with NEO, he continues his journey between air and rock—guided by a pursuit of technical refinement, lightness, and an aesthetic that blends adventure with innovation.
