Only 4 years after completion of our new building in Doussard, we must expand again to go with the growth of the company. Fortified by the success of the design and local manufacturing of paragliding and outdoor equipment since 2013, in 2023 we doubled the surface area of our work tool for additional 1000 m².
PARAGLIDING AND OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT
An expansion that goes with our recent diversification. Since November 2022, our expertise has allowed us to offer our clients technical rucksacks and accessories made in France. All is naturally guided by common sense. NEO’s own innovations have allowed for the development of a new outdoor and urban product range while maintaining our mountain DNA. The brand’s pionneer spirit allows us to be the first to manufacture technical rucksacks for mountain sports in French soil.
1000 M²: SYNONYM OF QUALITY…
Production quality: the entire space is optimized to add new sewing machines, a space dedicated to R&D prototyping, a new cutting room, a workshop for embroiders, and a photo studio. The surface for the stock has also been increased in favor of a reinforced logistics and a shipping center.
Quality of life: This space is not only for the performance of the business but also for well-being with the rearrangement of living spaces with modern and spacious offices and areas.
Quality of welcome: A large showroom to welcome you and discuss our products when you come to visit our workshop.

TRAIN FOR BETTER RECRUITMENT…
The expansion comes with the recruitment of ten new people. To compensate for the lack of training in the field of technical sewing. NEO has partnered withIFTH (French Institute of Textiles and Clothing) and PĂ´le Emploi (Employment Center) to train locally and internally people from all backgrounds without prior experience but with a common passion for manual work and local production.
We are therefore modestly taking a further step in the development of our company, which remains and will remain on a human scale, while once again promoting our integration in the local economic and social network.
